I was born in the Dem. Rep. of Congo, Africa on September 8th, 1950. In 1968 I migrated to Canada to study at the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design. I was introduced to Western Astrology in 1973. My initial skepticism soon turned to curiosity and I began observing the people around me in relation to their basic Sun signs. This led me to further study many Astrological texts and to have my own chart read. In 1984 I was introduced to Steven Forrest's groundbreaking work, The Inner Sky. I quickly adopted Steven's philosophy of Evolutionary Astrology and his chart interpretation method. I began to correspond with him and had him read my chart. In 1989 I began to give professional readings, and in 2006, in order to absorb more lessons from this profound mentor, joined Steven's Apprenticeship Program. I divide my time between the careers of music and Astrology. I live in B.C., Canada with my husband, fellow Astrologer and musical accomplice of twenty-five years, Kris Bowerman.
